Students learn to more effectively communicate and leverage their innate emotional intelligence. In today’s business world, effective leaders need to have presentation skills to give effective speeches.

 

The curriculum teaches an entirely NEW way to promote a business, seminar, or sales presentation. Very hands-on with plenty of practice and feedback provided. The secret sauce is having a proven template for success.

 

The instructor gives away his personal template that has been used all over the world so students can create their own talk, workshop, seminar or sales presentation with ease. Using the proven template, students will design their own course, workshop or talk right. The template is adaptable so students can consistently design a talk and materials of varying lengths to serve multiple purposes moving forward in their careers.

Each module is approximately 2 hours:

    • Charismatic exercise generation and the insertion of charisma into your talk thorough the manifestation of confidence. Students discover their power and apply heart-centeredness to their materials. Practical exercises to quicken speaking to and from the heart.
  3. Accelerated Learning
    • Special techniques to speed audience learning and retention. Students implement accelerated learning techniques into their presentation style so their audience learns faster and remembers more.
  4. Psychology of Pricing
    • Psychology of Pricing and formula for how to set your rate. Students explore various pricing models and how to calculate ROI and other metrics.
  5. Who is your Audience
    • Students learn how to discover who their target audience is, and then explore techniques to fill the room with these people.
  6. Create a Personal and Business Brand
    • Students create draft brand briefs to asses if they fit.
  7. Sales Systems for the Stage
    • Students learn the proven system that will increase sales immediately when pitching to a group.
  8. The art of online video communication
    • Case studies and class discussion.
  9. Ever-greening
    • Content can be filmed, edited, repurposed, and automated for online consumption.
  10. Templates
    • Learn which template structures do not work and which ones do. Students design a talk based on Kieron’s successful template, integrating the steps to convert the talk template into a workshop or seminar.
  11. Presentations
    • Hit the stage and present to the group, by implementing all of the techniques in the module.

 

 

Students finish with a completed one hour talk/workshop and the skills to become top performers in their field. The system is repeatable for future talks the student wishes to design.

 

Each module will have a multiple choice & short answer quiz to test learning fundamentals. Students will complete the curriculum using their own area of expertise as a guide and produce a one hour talk using all learnings from the module.

Outline:

This course is for high achievers.  Those who are serious about being in the top 3%.

This 3-day intensive is designed to double or triple sales and revenue in the following 12 months after completion. Many graduates have been able to double their revenue in 90 days. We also provide a “Performance Guarantee”

 

Students learn to present with absolute confidence and use specific techniques to gain the advantage in all negotiations. They learn to master the art of handling objections, how to identify the right customers who want to buy, and how to hold price and value through the sales cycle.

 

Students interact in small groups and with the instructor to obtain feedback as their sales presentations take form. Students leave with a sales presentation ready to implement and the techniques to apply to reproduce the process.   • Learning and applying influencing techniques so prospective customers feel they must have the product or service. Students practice the art of influencing rather than selling.

    • Exploring the concept of educating versus selling a product or service.
  1. Crafting Curiosity
    •  Learning and applying, in various scenarios, how to quickly build curiosity about their product or service in less than one minute of conversation.
  1. Directing a Conversation
  • How to discover a prospects Current Reality and transition the conversation to focus on the Desired Reality that can be achieved by using the student’s product or service.
  1. Back-linking
    • Learning this technique as a means to ensure the sales process has the most favourable outcome
  1. Emotional Triggers
    • Learning the importance of Emotional Triggers that lead to sales conversions, and explore which triggers convert for their product or service.
  1. Actionable Outcomes
    • How to illuminate how their product or service will positively impact a prospect so that they ensure the prospect is clear on the intended objectives of using their product/service.
  1. Stories Sell
    • How to use stories to hook to influence the sales conversation.
  1. The Perfect Presentation
    • How to create a sales presentation that is non-threatening and the importance of not putting their prospect in a defensive position.

    • A practical application of selling using an item they are not familiar with.
